Considering business bankruptcy?
|
It's ok to be frustrated.
There are lots of sites with catchy headlines and big promises
to help avoid business bankruptcy. You get your hopes up only to
see something on the site that makes you suspicious and close your
browser.
If you're visiting this site, I'm going to assume that you've fallen
behind with your business.
People rarely consider business bankruptcy unless there
are serious pressures.
Where are the pictures?
I've purposely left out pictures of smiling business people
shaking hands, big claims of savings and testimonials that don't
sound real.
Here's what you can expect from this page.
I'm going to tell you a little bit about us. At the end
of the page, I'll invite you to have a conversation with us about
your situation. If we're a good fit and you feel we can help you,
we can talk further.
Most of our clients are decent, hard working small businesses owners
from all over the country.
Some of them tried everything they could to pay their creditors:
- Using credit cards to fund their business.
- Borrowing against their home.
- Borrowing from family and friends.
- Going without pay themselves.
- Emptying their personal savings and even their retirement
accounts.
Some had to stop paying any bills that weren't vital to
their survival.
That's when the collection calls and serious threats began.
They had to consider business bankruptcy.
Time started running out. When they tried to negotiate their debts
on their own, a number of them were actually able to reach some
settlements. But frequently it was just a payment plan for their
smaller debts.
If this sounds like your business, we don't have a magic
wand to make the economy better,
but we can help you:
- Satisfy creditors while paying what you can afford monthly.
- Stretch your business debts out over time.
- Reduce the amount you owe.
- Spend less time dealing with creditors, collection agencies
and attorneys.
- Keep your doors open and avoid business bankruptcy.

you about our program and give you an idea of what we can
do for you.
If we can't help you, we're not going to waste your
time.
We'll say we're not right for you and try to refer you to
someone who can help.
I don't claim to know what the right choice for
your business is. It's not for me to decide.
I truly hope you never need our services.
